I know, I know. The film's there for you to see the beauty of the tearful love story within it, but if you're like me and already seen "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" several times before, then all you need is a quick refresher before settling down to watch it again. What better way than with this list of 10 important things from "Jab Tak Hai Jaan"! 1) Being careful with choices - Often in love stories, one person makes a decision that leads to a series of even more difficult decisions that cause a shift in their relationship. In this instance, an innocent question leads to complications and setbacks. There's definitely no love lost in the end between the two protagonists of "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" but at one point, there was all that love on the line. With an awareness of the choices each person makes and how it affects them, you can't help but fall in love with both of them. One of these important themes is also an important recurring theme in the book - it's about knowing when to trust your instincts and when not to trust them - and sometimes, trusting your instincts totally is a good thing. 2) The reach and depth of communications - After all, there's no such thing as a private message. While this is something that sadly doesn't happen in our world, it's not entirely too far-fetched. This movie shows just how easy it is for someone to listen in on your calls and mess with your life. And while you may be quick to think that the only way to stop things like this happening is not to use technology or be careful with your communications, there are some things that can't be stopped this way. 3) Relationships - Communications isn't the only thing in "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" with a reach and depth - relationships too go deeper than we realize at times. There are some people out there who will go to any lengths to make you feel like you're the only one. Both Jay and Anjali come across as people who will do anything they can to make someone's day happy, whether it's by getting them a gift or providing them more time with that person they care about. 4) No matter how bad life gets - - Sometimes, the bad things in life will hit you harder than others. It doesn't mean that nothing good will come out of it; sometimes, the bad things are actually what teach us the most about love and how to love others. Whether it's about small moments with your family that make you feel like you're the luckiest person on earth or having to move to a new place - which is not an easy thing for anyone - these are things that put some things into perspective. 5) Perseverance - To believe in something can be tough, but believing in something despite all of the evidence that says you shouldn't is even harder. If only someone had told Jay any of that things he believed in. Oh well, at least he had Anjali who believed in him and never gave up on him. cfa1e77820
